The goal of the employment services program is to provide inclusive employment for people with developmental disabilities or….real work for real wages. While neither The Attic or EO Recycles can support full-time employment, several people are employed in both businesses under the umbrella of Endless Options, Inc.Both businesses are based on the idea of reduce, reuse, and recycle.

Residential Services Endless Options, Inc. Residential Services are designed to support people with developmental disabilities to: live as independently as possible while meeting physical, emotional, cultural and social needs, allowing people opportunities for control in their lives, having the preferences and capabilities of the person guide the process, allowing for daily choices, and participating in the choosing of housemates.

All Services and activities are based on the individual needs of the people supported. Activities and opportunities are based on expressed interests and team determined needs.

Service Coordination  assists individuals determined eligible for services from the Division of Developmental Disabilities in accessing comprehensive medical, social, educational and other specialized services.

Funding and support for Endless Options is provided by: The Missouri Division of Developmental Disabilities, The Howard County Sheltered Services Board, and from private donations and fundraising efforts by the wonderful people in our community.
