MEMBERSHIP Endless Options Inc. operates on grants, funding from the Division of Developmental Disabilities and the Medicaid program, local funds from Howard County Sheltered Services board and donations. We are getting ready to kick off a new idea, the idea of membership! As you might imagine, the sources of funding our programs is not enough. We scrimp and save whenever possible, doing more with less funding, covering unfunded mandates as best we can. Other areas of concern are being able to pay people who work for us a living wage and benefits for employees. Membership will allow us a revenue source that can be moved around as needed, and can cover any number of shortfalls in the course of doing the business of support for people with developmental disabilities in Howard County.
